The eatery specializes in the regional dish Hu Tieu My Tho soup, describing it as "a pork-based noodle soup with sliced pork, shrimp and crab claws" that can be served with or without broth. Look for the option of traditional rice noodles, clear rice noodles or egg noodles with your dish.
3. Dong Que
