Piece Of Meat

Stop by 3301 Bienville St. and you'll find Piece Of Meat, a new butcher, offering smokey barbecue, cocktails, beers and more.
Get ready for sandwiches like the Delicate Lady, stacked with smoked chicken salad and blueberry barbecue sauce; Steve's Jersey Special, full of Italian sausage, slow-cooked peppers and onions, provolone cheese and garlic aioli; and the vegetarian-friendly No Animals Were Harmed in the Making of This Sandwich, made with mushrooms, whipped goat cheese, balsamic red onions and arugula.
Byblos Mediterranean Cuisine

Byblos Mediterranean Cuisine is a Mediterranean spot, that recently opened its doors at 737 Octavia St. in West Riverside.
With three stars out of six reviews so far on Yelp, the new establishment is still finding its way, but its early days.
"It's OK overall with good falafel sandwiches and other Middle Eastern items," Yelper Ravi N. said. "I consider the prices far too high for a counter service place."
Yelper Bryant G. added, "This place will put Shawarma On The Go out of business. Far more options, better flavor, and not inside of a gas station. Quick Mediterranean eatery."
