A new spot to score salads and noodles has opened up shop in the neighborhood. Minigrow is located at 565 Boylston St.
Fresh noodles and organic greens take center stage at Minigrow, a new eatery that opened its second outpost in Back Bay. The business has an additional storefront in the Financial District and several other locations in New York City and Chicago.
Diners can customize their own bowls with noodles, grains, proteins, sauces and veggies, or opt for one of its signature dishes like The Chicken Jawn or Lite Brite Salad. (See the full menu here.)
With a four-star rating out of 12 reviews on Yelp so far, this newcomer is getting solid feedback from clientele.
Jacob S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 28, said, "The assembly line-style restaurant features healthy options to create a delicious and filling meal. Options such as zucchini noodles, slow roasted chicken and slow cooked tomatoes are able to be combined to create a unique and fresh dish. "
And Vibol C. said, "I really like the options and appreciate the freshness of the ingredients. The staff here is also super friendly and helpful. My favorite thing to get is the zucchini noodles with shiso basil pesto and marinated tofu."
Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Minigrow is open from 10:30 a.m.–10 p.m. daily.
