1. Lotus Restaurant

Topping the list is Lotus Restaurant. Located at 113 W. Grant St. downtown, the counter-service Vietnamese spot is the highest rated noodle spot in Minneapolis, boasting 4.5 stars out of 622 reviews on Yelp.
Expect a variety of Southeast Asian cuisine including the Vietnamese chow fun, which features thick rice noodles stir-fried with fresh veggies; a salad of vermicelli over a bed of lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes; and traditional favorites like phở.
