Dakzen is a Thai noodle bar that recently opened at 195 Elm St. in Spring Hill. Specializing in classic noodle soups like khao soi (a chicken curry soup) and tom yum (a sweet-and-sour soup), it also offers a build-your-own noodle bowl option and a selection of Thai snacks.
