Hungry? A new neighborhood Indian spot has you covered. Located at 14113 Trinity Blvd., Suite 201, in east Fort Worth, the new arrival is called Mela Indian Cuisine.
Its menu includes dishes such as saag paneer (creamed spinach and fresh mustard greens with farmer's cheese), chicken tikka masala (boneless chicken marinated in yogurt, then cooked in herbs and spices), lamb vindaloo, garlic naan and more. (See the full menu here.)
With a 4.5-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp so far, Mela Indian Cuisine is off to a strong start.
Ben G., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 5, wrote, "Great tasting food. Ordered the saag paneer and the chicken tikka massala. Both were great. The vegetable samosa was good and the chutneys were flavorful. Mango lassi was also flavorful. Highly recommend."
