A new doughnut shop, offering baked goods, coffee and more, has opened up shop in the neighborhood. Located at 1904 Record Crossing Road in Northwest Dallas, the new arrival is called Papa Yun's Donuts. It's the second location for the business, which has a storefront in Fort Worth.
The eatery offers a variety of doughnuts, including cake, fancy and filled options. You can also find cinnamon rolls, bear claws, apple fritters, breakfast items and caffeinated drinks on the menu.
With a 5-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp so far, the new addition seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
Phi H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 29, said, "If you're craving sweet or savory, they have a large selection to help your taste buds fall in love with breakfast. The plain glazed doughnuts are subtly sweet and fluffy. Melts in your mouth with every bite. Freshly made kolaches with plenty of flavor to keep you full until lunch and maybe even dinner. They have plenty of drinks to help nourish your caffeine and vitamin C needs."
And Daniel H. said, "This place is awesome! Great selection, tastes amazing, and quick service! They've got everything from plain to fancy doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, and klobásníks."
