A new brew pub has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Located in Somerville's new Bow Market, at 2 Bow Market Way in Union Square, the new addition is called Remnant Brewing.
Remnant is a small brewpub that brews all of its beers on-site. Try the Dream Pop pale ale, Clip Art Citra IPA or Bow Street session ale. In addition to beer, the brewery also offers coffee drinks with freshly roasted beans from Barrington Coffees.
With a five-star rating out of eight reviews on Yelp so far, Remnant Brewing has already made a good impression.
Lisa R., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 20, wrote, "Wonderful having this new microbrewery within walking distance to where I live. My husband and I came on a hot sunny Saturday afternoon, and sat at a breezy spot, which was quite comfortable."
Yelper Sarah F. added, “A welcome addition to the neighborhood! Solid beers (especially for a new brewery), nice space and friendly employees. Outdoor space is rad, always lots of dogs."
