A new adult store has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to the Bywater, called Naughty Hippie, is located at 3310 Burgundy St.
Leave the kids at home and have some fun after checking out items like nipple covers of all sorts (from star shapes to rainbow hearts), an assortment of sex toys and smoking paraphernalia, clothing and incense. Every now and then the establishment hosts live DJs and restaurant pop-up events. Check out the business' Facebook page for more details.
It's still early days for the fledgling business — it's got just one review on Yelp thus far giving it a solid five stars.
"I love this place," Yelper Kurt L. said. "They have a wide selection of accessories. It is nice to have accessories for your smoking needs, but there is also a ton of stuff for couples to play around with. And apparently they have this stuff that is better than Viagra."
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself. Naughty Hippie is open from midnight–10 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Sunday, and midnight–midnight on Wednesday-Saturday.
