Looking to chow down at an Asian buffet? A new spot has you covered. The fresh addition, called Asian Star Buffet, is located at 9208 E. R L Thornton Freeway in East Dallas.
The buffet line at the new eatery has dishes representing several cuisines, including Chinese and Japanese. You'll see sushi rolls, orange chicken, broccoli beef, lo mein, fruit salads, vegetables, sides, soups, desserts and more.
Asian Star Buffet has just two reviews on Yelp thus far.
Daniel C., who reviewed the new spot on July 5, wrote, "I just wanted to say that this place surpassed my expectations. It has a wide range of food choices and everything I tried was delicious. The staff is really friendly and are always looking to see if you need help in anything."
Yelper Kevin B., who had a very different experience, wrote, “The food tasted bland; the salmon sushi was very tiny and not fresh. For the price you pay, it's really not worth it."
