Looking for a new spot to take the kids? A new business is here to help. Called Happy Kids Play School, the newcomer is located at 14307 Greenwood Ave. North, Unit 1B in Broadview.

Happy Kids offers art and play classes targeted at young children. The Happy Kids Art and Happy Kids Make classes are for kids aged four and up, and focus on the creation of 2D and 3D themed art projects, which change each week. Happy Kids Play, which welcomes kids aged three and up, is oriented towards sensory play, art exploration, nature discovery and story time.

Parents can drop off their kids for classes under the supervision of studio staff. The studio is also working to be licensed as a full-time child care facility, likely in 2019.

Happy Kids Play School has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.

Olivia C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 30, wrote, "My 5-year-old thoroughly enjoyed her class, and has been asking to go back ever since. It's tough to find good drop-off options in Seattle, so I am really happy to find one that's so close to us."

Yelper Bethany G. added, “I am always impressed by the creations my daughter returns home with after spending time at Happy Kids! She would go all day, every day if she could."

And Sarah K. wrote, "We love this play space! There's a room in the back with a padded floor for littles and the main room in the front is bright and airy, with multiple sensory and art stations."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Happy Kids Play School is open from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m.–6 p.m. on weekends.
