A new Korean restaurant has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Doma Seolleongtang, the new arrival is located at 11441 N. Stemmons Freeway in Preston Hollow.

The eatery specializes in seolleongtang (ox bone soup), but also offers other noodle soups, such as ox knee, oxtail, beef cheek and more. You can also score boiled meat platters, including boiled cheek, boiled ox knee and boiled oxtail.

Doma Seolleongtang has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 20 reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Anthony L., who reviewed it on July 13, wrote, "One of the best Korean restaurants in Dallas ... Super friendly service, fast and delicious foods. Simple yet elegant interior. And I believe they serve breakfast as well. It's hard to find a Korean restaurant that serves breakfast in Dallas. This is the place to go!"

Zihan G. added, "The food is really good and the people are very nice too. The beef tastes incredibly good and the dipping sauce is my favorite!"
