Rebeca H. noted, "Amazing cocktails! The old fashioned is legit! The atmosphere is 1920s original cocktails. A ton of selection. Great music, laid-back atmosphere! I loved it!"

Niles City Hall is open noon–midnight Sunday–Thursday and noon–2 a.m. Friday and Saturday. It is closed on Monday.
