If you've got Mediterranean on the mind, a recent opening is need-to-know. The new arrival to Lake Highlands, called Luna Grill, is located at 8165 Walnut Hill Lane, Suite 1300. Luna Grill is a California transplant that's been steadily expanding in the Metroplex over the last few years.
The fast-casual menu features dishes like the Mediterranean salad (chopped chicken, Israeli couscous, tomato, cucumber, red onion, mint, parsley and feta), lamb tenderloin kebab, El Greco Street Bowl (gyros and fries with feta, tomato, serrano peppers, green onion and spicy yogurt sauce) and the Norwegian salmon platter. The new arrival has already attracted fans thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp.
MyLin L., who reviewed the new eatery on June 27, said, "Love their food and drinks. Had the Trio Dip as an appetizer. Out of the trio, my favorite was the garlic dip. Ordered the beef kebab plate, which had a lot of food served on a big plate. It was delicious!"
Melanie S. added, "Fresh, healthy, tasty, fast. And the decor is so cute. I can't get enough of that hummus! The portions are large and yummy. I savored my chicken kebab, greek salad and rice. This place is brand new, but already delivers on service."
