A new Thai and Laotian spot has debuted in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to Fort Worth, called Thaya Cafe, is located at 11477 Woodland Springs Drive, Suite 100.
The menu consists of dishes such as Sriracha fried rice, pad tung tac (choice of protein, plus flat rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, broccoli, dried chiles and peanuts, flavored with sweet Thai soy sauce) and tropical curry featuring pineapples, onions, mango and cashews.
With a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, Thaya Cafe is on its way to developing a local fan base.
"Excellent Thai!" wrote Yelper Liz. "My husband and I live close and love this place. We've ordered takeout several times from here, and I highly recommend. Spring rolls and peanut sauce are excellent."
And Brooklyn R. wrote, "There are only the mom and son working, so you would order at the counter, and they will bring out the food and drink. It is not a full-service restaurant. ... Their food is authentic Thai and delicious."
