Head over to 5090 Folsom Blvd. in East Sacramento and you'll find The Other Side, a beer bar and fast-casual American spot by local brewers Track 7. The menu includes offerings like its signature Panic IPA and Panic Fries with pork shoulder, as we reported recently. 

Huckleberry's

Now open at 2580 Arena Blvd., Suite 100 in Natomas is Huckleberry's, a national breakfast and brunch chain with a Southern theme. As we reported last week, diners can nosh on New Orleans-themed comfort food like beignets and jambalaya.

Poke Station

Poke Station, a fresh arrival to the Pocket area located at 7600 Greenhaven Drive, is serving up customizable bowls of fresh fish salad and toppings with eight different choices of house-made sauce.

Pokeway

Over at 3571 Truxel Road, Suite B1 in the Natomas Marketplace complex, another poke joint called Pokeway has made its bow. In addition to bowls, it's providing its fish, toppings and sauces in the form of nori-wrapped sushi burritos and bakes, as we recently reported.

3 Hermanas

Last but not least is Mexican joint 3 Hermanas, by Dora Saenz, long-time executive chef of Three Sisters. The third of the Tres Hermanas family of restaurants is offering familiar dishes like its Plato Mexicano, a combination of a chile relleno and carnitas, as we recently reported.
