The restaurant's name means Twin Cities in Mandarin and has been serving the Minneapolis/St.Paul area for 20 years. Next up is Sidewalk Kitchen, situated at 817 Washington Ave. SE. With 4.5 stars out of 66 reviews on Yelp, the Chinese and Asian fusion spot, offering traditional fare and unique dishes alike, has proven to be a local favorite.
