Third Thursdays: Supporting Women Candidates

Third Thursdays is a monthly event that allows the community in Minnesota to come together, socialize, learn and strategize in regards to progressive values. This month's topic focuses on supporting women candidates as they run for office in November. There will be social time, followed by a panel of women who are well-versed in elections, then a Q&A and wrap-up.

Summer Yoga Series

Mpls.St.Paul Magazine continues its free monthly outdoor yoga series taught by YogaFit. The session will take place outside of Finnegans Brew Co. taproom. You'll need to bring your own mat and sunscreen. The first 100 registered attendees will receive a complimentary gift bag. After the yoga session, you can head into Finnegans for a brew.

Lean In Circle Facilitator Training 2018

If you're interested in training to lead a peer coaching circle, you won't want to miss this event. After this workshop, you'll be trained as a facilitator in a small Lean In Circle peer group, the goal of which is for members to support one another in pursuit of their ambitions.

Though the event is free to attend, there is a $35 material fee you'll have to pay in order to complete the training.

Comedian Sean Leary, who has appeared on Hulu, Fuse and Fox, headlines this show, which features Anna Simeri. The two comedians, who co-produced the hit touring show "Don't Tell Comedy," share a special dynamic from having been a couple for over two years. The routine pulls from their relationship experience, playing Sean's silly, carefree style with Anna's intensity and confidence.
