Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top Thai restaurants around Fort Lauderdale, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of the best spots to satisfy your cravings.

1. Beg For More Thai Sushi

Topping the list is Beg For More Thai Sushi. Located at 2831 E. Oakland Park Blvd., the Asian fusion spot is the highest-rated Thai restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, boasting 4.5 stars out of 287 reviews on Yelp.

Appetizers include grilled chicken skewers served with peanut sauce, ham cheese spring rolls dipped in Japanese mayo and ketchup and seared sliced tuna with masago and ponzu sauce. For your main course, try the red curry lobster, served with pineapple, coconut milk and white rice.

"The best place for fresh and creative sushi as well as zesty Thai flavors. We love ordering in from them and taking friends to the location," wrote Yelper Kadian M. "There are so many different options that anyone at the table can be very happy with. Our Thai favorites include the green and red curry as well as the tom kha gai soup!" 

2. Asia Bay

Next up is Beverly Heights' Asia Bay, situated at 1111 E. Las Olas Blvd. With four stars out of 471 reviews on Yelp, the Thai fusion spot has proven to be a local favorite. It has another location at Bay Harbor Island. 

Look for appetizers like chicken satay and spicy beef salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro and chile lime dressing. Craving soup? Try the tom yum with herb-lemongrass broth or the tom kha with coconut milk. Thai main dishes such as lobster, jumbo shrimp and fried whole red snapper come with your choice of curry sauce and jasmine rice. 

3. Musashi

Musashi, located at 6237 N. Federal Highway, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the Thai spot 4.5 stars out of 109 reviews. Tucked between a bar and an Italian restaurant, this eatery offers appetizers like dumplings stuffed with chicken, onions, mushrooms, scallions and bamboo shoots. 

Thai dinner entrees include Panang red curry with coconut milk, zucchini, green peas, bamboo shoots and ground peanuts; and pad see ew with rice noodles sauteed with broccoli, carrot and egg in a sweet soy sauce.

4. Kubo Asian Fusion Street Food and Sushi

Kubo Asian Fusion Street Food and Sushi is another much-loved go-to, with 4.5 stars out of 98 Yelp reviews. The restaurant offers classics like pad thai — stir-fried rice noodles with egg, ground peanuts, scallion and bean sprouts — and Panang curry with herbs, pineapple, bell pepper and broccoli. Yelper Maggie F., who reviewed it on Aug. 9, wrote, "My boyfriend and I ordered delivery from here and it was honestly some of the best curry we've had ever! We ordered the pad thai and Panang curry, which were both amazing! The delivery was quick too. Definitely would recommend this place!"

5. Tee-Jay Thai & Sushi

Then there's Tee-Jay Thai & Sushi, which has earned four stars out of 286 reviews on Yelp. You can find the eatery at 5975 N. Federal Highway, Suite 115, or visit its other outpost in Wilton Manors. 

Dishes include Thai Chicken Kiev, a classic dish of boneless chicken rolls stuffed with shrimp, asparagus and bell peppers, then breaded and baked to a golden brown and topped with lychee nut and creamy green curry sauce, served over rice noodles.

Tee-Jay's favorites include red snapper with chile sauce, and a crispy, halved boneless duck topped with a gravy of mushrooms, snow peas, pineapple, carrots, cashews and bell pepper.
