In the mood for upscale Italian fare? A new spot has you covered. Called Ristorante Milanese, the fresh addition is located at 302 Main St. in Hyannis.
The atmosphere is set by the many chandeliers, white tablecloths and artwork of the Italian countryside. The menu features numerous pasta dishes, from a fettuccine carbonara to housemade campanelle with king crab legs in a lemon caper sauce.
Main dishes, which come with choice of pasta or roast potatoes and vegetables, include chicken stuffed with prosciutto, spinach and provolone cheese, and broiled white fish with oregano-and-garlic breadcrumbs in lemon wine sauce. Ask the waitstaff for help in pairing your meal with one of the restaurant's many wines.
The fresh arrival has made a good impression thus far, with a four-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
