A new sports bar has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Sports & Social Arlington, the new arrival is located at 1650 E. Randol Mill Road, Suite 120, within the new Texas Live! restaurant complex.
Described as the ultimate fan clubhouse for Rangers fans, it has 30,000 square feet of space across two levels, with skeeball, table tennis, shuffle puck, air hockey and other entertainment.
The menu offers dishes like the Texas Dog (a hot dog with salsa, shredded pepper jack, jalapeños and chili), the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich (buttermilk-marinated chicken breast, Nashville-style spices, pickles, coleslaw, and "Comeback" sauce) and the Carnivore pizza (pepperoni, ham, salami, bacon, meatballs and mozzarella).

The new sports bar is off to an uneven start thus far, with a three-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp.
Cherese C., who was the first to review the new spot on August 19, wrote, "We liked the atmosphere. Service was great and went above and beyond to make us satisfied even where we didn't expect it. Food was good."
