If bubble tea is what you're after, look no further than this new shop. The fresh addition to the Summit-University neighborhood, called ChaYes Tea, is located at 738 University Ave. West.

The casual tea house offers a number of caffeinated and frozen beverages, including flavored teas, milk teas, smoothies and slushies. Look for the Pretty In Pink with vanilla and green rose milk tea; the Razzle Dazzle with raspberry and mango black tea; or a kiwi, mint or peach slushie.

Craving a treat? Try the Bing Bowl, a shaved ice dessert topped with fruit and sauces like chocolate or condensed milk. Check out the menu here for more options.

The fresh addition has proven popular thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp.

Sammy S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Aug. 11, wrote, "I am so glad ChaYes is open finally! Their milk teas are so delicious! They have fun signature flavors, or you can choose your own flavors."

And Kelli C. wrote, "I ordered the tropical paradise with tapioca pearls. This drink was really refreshing. I enjoy any bubble tea spot that gives you the option to customize the sweetness level of the drinks."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: ChaYes Tea is open from 11 a.m.–8 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–8:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday.
