The rapidly expanding Tatte Bakery & Cafe has opened a new location on the Northeastern University campus. Located at 369 Huntington Ave., the locally based chain's newest outlet features house-made breads (sourdough, challah, herb focaccia), pastries and multiple menus.
All-day menu offerings include breakfast items like a croissant sandwich and a Jerusalem bagel with fried eggs, along with salads, sandwiches and North African shakshuka, an egg dish made with tomato sauce, bell pepper, feta cheese and parsley. There are also separate lunch and dinner menus, plus a weekend-only brunch.
With a four-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh addition is getting solid feedback from clientele.
Danielle T., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Sept. 15, wrote, "Love the atmosphere and the pastries! So many options and great food items for brunch. Drinks are OK, but I mainly come for the food."
Yelper Onik R. added, “Best place to eat at Northeastern. Get the lamb shakshuka or the nectarine chicken salad, and a slice of pear cake for dessert. They take Husky Cards. ”
Head on over to check it out: Tatte Bakery & Cafe is open from 7 a.m.–8 p.m. on weekdays, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. on Saturday, and 8 a.m.–7 p.m. on Sunday.
