Topping the list is Greek Cafe and Bakery. Located at 334 W. Davis St. in Oak Cliff, the Greek spot is the highest-rated cheap Mediterranean restaurant in Dallas, boasting 4.5 stars out of 182 reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Dylan B. said, "Super casual and friendly joint with some pretty bomb Greek food. We got the chicken gyro and combo platter, and I would definitely recommend going for the platter! Sweet potato fries were crisp and delish, pita was soft, warm and amazing, meat was perfection. Get the baklava. It was the best I've had in a long long time!"

2. Charcoal Avenue

Next up is Far North's Charcoal Avenue, situated at 17509 Coit Road, Suite 7. With 4.5 stars out of 106 reviews on Yelp, the fusion eatery has proven to be a local favorite for those looking for a cheap option.

3. Big Guy's Chicken & Rice

Northeast Dallas' Big Guy's Chicken & Rice, located at 2614 Elm St., Suite 130, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the budget-friendly, fast-casual Mediterranean and Middle Eastern spot four stars out of 238 reviews. 

Look for dishes like the Big Guy's Mixed Rice Platter (beef, lamb and chicken served over a bed of yellow rice with a side salad), the falafel wrap and the chicken shawarma wrap with tomato and onion. 

Jackie A., who reviewed it on Aug. 1, wrote, "Great customer service! I got the Big Guy Mix. It came with rice, chicken, beef and lamb. Everything about this dish was amazing. Big portion with reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good Mediterranean food."

4. Wava Halal Grill
