1. The Wienery
Topping the list is The Wienery. Located at 414 Cedar Ave. South in Cedar - Riverside, the diner is the highest-rated spot for hot dogs in Minneapolis, boasting four stars out of 190 reviews on Yelp.

Uncle Franky's offers to-go orders, has a dining room and also caters.
