Want the scoop on Miami's most talked-about local spots?
We took a data-driven look at the question, using Yelp to discover which local businesses have been on the tips of diners' tongues this month.
To find out who made the list, we looked at Miami businesses on Yelp by category and counted how many reviews each received. Rather than compare them based on number of reviews alone, we calculated a percentage increase in reviews over the past month.
Read on to see which spots are riding a trend this autumn.
Mason Eatery

Open since June, this traditional American diner is trending compared to other businesses categorized as "Breakfast & Brunch" on Yelp.
Citywide, breakfast and brunch spots saw review counts increase by a median of 2.2 percent over the past month, but Mason Eatery saw a 41.2 percent increase, maintaining a healthy 4.5-star rating throughout.
It's not the only trending outlier in the breakfast and brunch category: Organic Bites has seen a 6.1 percent increase in reviews.
Located at 3470 N. Miami Ave. in Wynwood, Mason Eatery offers breakfast daily, with options like a pastrami hash with garlic mayo, eggs Benedict and its Goopy Egg with Muenster, sour cream and bagel chips. Wash it all down with your choice of beer, wine, cocktail, coffee, or juice.
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Whether or not you've been hearing buzz about Brickell's Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, the nationwide chain's local outpost is a hot topic according to Yelp review data.
While businesses categorized as "Seafood" on Yelp increased their review count by a median of 2.4 percent over the past month, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar bagged a 26.3 percent increase in reviews within that timeframe, maintaining a superior 4.5-star rating.
There's more that's trending on Miami's seafood scene: Crazy Poke has seen a 15.3 percent increase in reviews, and Bazaar Mar has seen a 12.1 percent bump.
Open at 600 Brickell Ave., Suite 150, since May 2017, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar offers signature steaks like bone-in rib-eye and petite filet mignon, which can be ordered topped with béarnaise, smoked chili or herbed horseradish sauce.
Rácket

Rácket is the city's buzziest bar by the numbers. Earlier this year, Miami.com wrote, "If you're hip, cool and on top of things, you've already been to Rácket in Wynwood."
The bar, which opened at 150 N.W. 24th St. in December, increased its review count by 16.9 percent over the past month, an outlier when compared to the median review increase of 4.5 percent for the Yelp category "Bars."
Rácket offers bar bites like ahi tuna rolls topped with Sriracha aioli and crispy brioche; smoked hamachi fish dip with pickled ramps and wakame powder; and taro chips with true oil and salt. It also has a tiki-inspired rum and tequila bar that's pouring handcrafted seasonal cocktails.
