Looking to chow down on some New American fare? A new spot from Cowboys hall of famer Troy Aikman has you covered. Called Troy's, the establishment brings elevated bar food, live music and signature cocktails to the new Texas Live! restaurant complex at 1650 E. Randol Mill Road, Suite 100.

Appetizers include Capa's Artichoke Dip; Cuban quesadillas with roasted pork, ham, cheese, chopped pickle and mustard; and Southwest chicken flatbread with red chili-marinated chicken, bell peppers, red onion and avocado cream.

For your main course, check out the spot's array of sandwiches and burgers. Popular options include the Tuna Burger, made with sushi-grade tuna, soy ginger glaze, pickled ginger coleslaw and wasabi mayo. Sides like french fries, tater tots, sweet potato fries and more are also available.

With a 3.5-star rating out of 18 reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh addition has received solid feedback.
