If you wanted to be taken out to the ball game but couldn't score tickets, all is not lost. There are plenty of top-notch sports bars in Cincinnati to catch the World Series, all of which have more to offer than your typical stadium hot dog, nachos and overpriced beer.

Using Yelp data and our own methodology, Hoodline crunched the numbers to come up with the best sports bars where you can view baseball's biggest series.

1. Knockback Nats

Topping the list is Knockback Nats. Located downtown at 10 W. Seventh St., it is the highest rated sports bar in Cincinnati, boasting four stars out of 221 reviews on Yelp.

The well-established spot is known for its wings, which are smoked and covered in a secret dry rub, then finished on the grill. Get them tossed in one of the 10 sauces, ranging from mild to XXX-Hot.

Yelper Chris D. wrote, "Very relaxed stereotypical sports bar. A little tight, but perfect for enjoying a big game with other fans. Free popcorn, cheap 16-ounce beers ... and the best wings I've ever had."

2. Kitty's Sports Grill

Next up is downtown's Kitty's Sports Grill, situated at 218 W. Third St. With 4.5 stars out of 67 reviews on Yelp, the sports bar and traditional American spot has proven to be a local favorite.

Across the street from Paul Brown Stadium, the bar is serving up burgers, wings, salads and appetizers like fried pickle chips. It features TVs tuned to sports, a lounge area and drink specials.

3. O'Bryon's Bar & Grill

Another popular spot is O'Bryon's Bar & Grill at 1998 Madison Road in O'Bryonville. The local watering hole and Irish pub offers local, imported and craft beers, plus specialty cocktails.

Get a seat near a TV and watch the game while munching on snacks like potato skins, pretzel sticks baked with a cheese sauce and Buffalo chicken dip. (You can see the specials and menu here.)

4. Queen City Exchange

Then there's Queen City Exchange, where the drinks are priced based on demand. You can find the sports bar, which has earned four stars out of 44 reviews on Yelp, at 32 W. Court St.

The downtown destination made Ohio Magazine's Best of Ohio list in 2017. Stop by for the game and check out the dozens of craft beers on tap plus the extensive wine and cocktail list.
