Craving bagels? You're in luck: a new business has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new arrival to Over-the-Rhine, called The Bagelry, is located at 1401 Walnut St.
Offering fresh hand-rolled bagels, The Bagelry has just opened its first official storefront. Previously operating as a pop-up shop only, it now serves walk-in customers, offering homemade bagels, spreads and sandwiches.
The new addition has already attracted fans, with a 4.5-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp thus far.
Yelper Catherine G., who reviewed the new spot on Oct. 18, wrote, "I've tried an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, and it was great. I've also tried a bacon, egg and cheese on poppy seed, and it was great as well."
And Thomas S. wrote, "I got a breakfast sandwich, which was toasted nicely and very flavorful. Simple menu with lots of good stuff!"
