New to 1218 Broadway St. is Pendleton Parlor, a spot to score frozen treats, cookie dough and more in Pendleton. So far, it's been well-received: it's got a five-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp.

Part of a family of ice creameries, the new addition offers old-school flavors like mint chocolate chip and rainbow sherbet, along with top-shelf offerings such as Nutella swirl, chocolate brownie and pecan toffee crunch.

Shakes and sundaes are also available, as well as edible cookie dough and toppings galore. (You can check out the full menu here.)

Zundo Ramen and Donburi is serving up ramen and Japanese curry at 220 W. 12th St. in Over-The-Rhine.

The restaurant is helmed by chef Han Lin, explains the business on its website, whose resume includes Montgomery’s traditional Japanese sushi restaurant Mei.

On the menu, look for modern takes on traditional ramen dishes, along with rice bowls and starters like homemade pork dumplings, deep-fried river shrimp and edamame. (See the full menu here.)

Menu offerings include sandwiches, tenders and wings, each served with the spot's signature chicken spice — billed as both a little sweet and a little spicy.

Salads and sides are equally on hand, along with sauces like blue cheese, Buffalo and spicy honey.

Rüya Coffee

A newcomer to Cincinnati, Rüya Coffee is a Turkish pop-up coffeehouse that's located at 1805 Elm St. for a limited engagement.

The spot comes courtesy of Melissa Aydogan, who believes that "sharing a warm cup of coffee or a pastry is that rare communal activity that transcends culture and experience," according to the new shop's website.

Look for classic and Turkish coffee varieties, along with tea and sweet treats such as baklava and tahini cookies. (You can check out the full menu here.)

Chatime

New to 204 W. McMillan St. in Corryville is Chatime, which offers Taiwanese bubble tea, coffee, smoothies and more.

With locations from coast to coast, the growing national chain has introduced the "concept of 'Technological Tea' into the production process, which is simplification, standardization and specialization," explains the company on its website.

Flavors range from black tea and banana milk to grapefruit and brown rice green. (You can view the full lineup here.)
