Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top sports bars in Fort Worth, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of the best spots to catch the game.
1. Buffalo Bros

Topping the list is Buffalo Bros. Located at 3015 S. University Drive, it is the highest-rated sports bar in Fort Worth, boasting four stars out of 149 reviews on Yelp.
It serves a menu of pizzas, wings and sandwiches, including options like the New Yorker pizza (meatballs, red peppers, green peppers, onion and jalapeño) and the A-Bomb sub sandwich (steak, Italian sausage, peppers, onion, provolone and chipotle mayo). (See the menu here.)
The bar also offers draft and bottled beers, shots, wine and cocktails.

2. Lone Star Taps & Caps

Next up is Lone Star Taps & Caps, situated at 6115 Camp Bowie Blvd., Suite 114. With 4.5 stars out of 43 reviews on Yelp, the pub and sports bar has proven to be a local favorite.
The tap house has a wall of craft beers on draft, plus a large wall cooler along the back that has cans and bottles. It serves both a rotating selection of local Texas brews along with national and international selections. You can get the beers in sampler flights or fill a growler to go.
Yelper Gill S. said, "Taps & Caps truly brings out the kid in the candy store euphoria out of me. Not only do they have a good selection of Texas beers, but also imports from around the country. The list is never the same and the revisit value is always high."
3. The University Pub

The University Pub, located at 3019 S. University Drive, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the pub and sports bar 4.5 stars out of 27 reviews.
The sports bar, located near TCU, serves draft beers, local brews, tall cans and bottles. It also has foods available from neighboring restaurants if you want something to eat with your beer.
Sarah S. wrote, "Your standard hole-in-the-wall college dive bar! A friend wanted to show me his favorite bar from his TCU days. The owner and his daughter were super nice and the drinks came cold and fast!"
4. Eagle's Nest Sports Restaurant

The Eagle's Nest features several TVs tuned to sports, live music, beer and frozen daiquiris.
On the menu, you'll see dishes like the Eagle Beans soup (pinto beans mixed with brisket or pulled pork with cheddar and red onion), the Patty Melt (beef patty with grilled onions and pepper jack cheese on Texas toast) and the Chicken Fried Steak.
