Looking for Mediterranean fare in Paradise Valley? A new spot called KOVO Modern Mediterranean recently opened its doors at 10625 N. Tatum Blvd., Suite 150.
Specializing in traditional cuisines from the Mediterranean region, KOVO Modern Mediterranean offers shared plates including grilled octopus, garlic shrimp and homemade Greek sausage. Try the falafel pita with fries or a Greek salad at lunch. Dinner options include lamb chops and pan-seared sea bass.
KOVO Modern Mediterranean has been welcomed to the neighborhood with a 4.5-star rating out of 43 reviews on Yelp.
Francy W., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Oct. 15, wrote, "This is a new business that opened recently, and I was excited to try it. It's very modern, clean, upscale and invites all people and all ages."
And Simi K added, "This place does a great job of honoring traditional Mediterranean dishes and flavors. Our server was super attentive and personable."
KOVO Modern Mediterranean is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
