A new spot to score ice cream and other frozen treats has debuted in the neighborhood. Called Pendleton Parlor, the newcomer is located at 1218 Broadway St. in Pendleton.

The shop — part of a family of ice creameries with locations in the Mt. Washington neighborhood and Milford, OH — specializes in ice cream, edible cookie dough and coffee drinks.

At Pendleton Parlor, look for flavors that include mint chocolate chip, Nutella swirl and cake batter. Ice cream fans can also customize their treats with a wide variety of toppings, syrups and sprinkles. (Take a look at the menu here.)

Pendleton Parlor has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Leah S. added, “Edible. Cookie. Dough. Let that sink in. After all of the years of salmonella warnings and hands being swatted away from bowls of yummy cookie dough, people everywhere can rejoice that Cincy finally has joined the edible cookie dough movement.”

And Claire A. wrote, "Not even a sweets person but this was so good! This parlor just opened a few weeks ago and it has been so crowded since. The staff was so nice and told us all about their offerings of ice cream, cookie dough, coffees and combinations."

Pendleton Parlor is now open at 1218 Broadway St., so head on over to check it out.
