National Family Health & Fitness Day Festival

Family Health & Fitness Day is a national health and fitness event for families usually held on the last Saturday in September. This year's event was rescheduled for Nov. 10. The event promotes physical activity for families and also focuses on the importance of nutrition and diet.

Homeless to Housing Resource Fair

The Homeless to Housing Resource Fair provides housing resources with a focus on affordability. This free event brings together realtors and property managers to share resources with groups such as veterans and senior citizens. There will also be Q&A sessions with guest speakers including Charlotte Councilwoman Dimple Ajmera.
When: Saturday, Nov. 10, 1:30-4 p.m.

Strange Brew 2018 – Beer Festival

The fourth annual Strange Brew Festival will feature a variety of breweries competing against one another. Attendees will be able to try all the beers and vote on their favorite brew. The event also offers live music and food. You must be 21 or older to attend.

Ink n Ivy Anniversary Celebration

Ink n Ivy, which has multiple locations in the Carolinas, will celebrate its second anniversary of the Charlotte location on Nov. 10 in Uptown Charlotte. DJ Yona will provide the music starting at 9 p.m. The event is free and complimentary valet service will be provided for attendees.
