A new Japanese spot, offering poke and more, has opened for business in the neighborhood. Called Cbowls Poke, the new addition is located at 6009 W. Parker Road, Suite 137.
While you can build your poke bowl, it also offers premade bowls like the Wasabi Salmon with wasabi shoyu, sweet onion, cucumber mango, crab meat and salmon; the Fish Trio with wasabi shoyu, pineapple, crab meat, fresh salmon, Ahi tuna, scallops and furikake; and the Mr. Kani with garlic ponzu, avocado, cilantro, crab meat, crab stick and furikake. With a 4.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh addition has already made a good impression.
Phi H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Oct. 30, wrote, "I got a shrimp bowl this time with delicious fresh toppings that you can customize for you bowl. Feeling unsure? They have preset bowls you can choose from and leave it to the bowl specialists. It's a win/win with the establishment. They serve fresh quality items that will keep me coming back for more."
And Douglas S. wrote, "Stopped by to see what they had. Lots of great choices! Ordered a Fresh Bowl Spicy Tuna, it was delicious and very flavorful! Highly recommend this place!"
