Yelper Yvenna C. wrote, "We ordered the junior roast beef on a sesame roll. The beef was extremely tender, and the barbecue sauce has the perfect amount of kick to it. It's located in an adorable little square/market so you can check out a bunch of artisan vendors after your meal!"

Hot Box is open from 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, 6-10 p.m. on Friday, noon–10 p.m. on Saturday and noon–8 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Monday and Tuesday.)

Yelper Jenna P., who reviewed Maca on July 20, wrote, "Was totally blown away when tasting the flavors and texture. They're soft and chewy and don't fall apart like others. They have a bit of a crunch but aren't over baked, and the best part is they aren't too sweet. A huge plus is that she bakes them fresh every day."

Yelper Jamie B. wrote, "Terrific texture and perfect flavor. They held up great, and I appreciated that the company's website advises to refrigerate or freeze the macarons until just before serving."

Maca is open from noon–7 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, noon–8 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m.–8 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Monday and Tuesday.)

Remnant Brewing is a newcomer to Bow Market, serving both house-brewed beer and coffee.

Start with a nitro iced coffee or a mug of hot drip, made with beans from Barrington Coffees. Then for beer, try one of the brewery's evolving draft selections. Current options include an easy-drinking session ale, a Belgian Witbier with pumpkin puree and a double stout aged in a Bully Boy whiskey barrel. (Check out the draft list here.)

Remnant Brewing currently holds 4.5 stars out of 30 reviews on Yelp, indicating favorable reviews.

Yelper Steve K., who reviewed Remnant Brewing on October 10, wrote, "It's Sommerville, so parking will give you nightmares, but this place is definitely worth it! Unique space tucked into the building that leads to their own back dog-friendly patio. The kicker is their beers are excellent."

Yelper Bostonbesteats X. wrote, "I tried four of their six available beers. Numerology was pretty good. Lo-Fi and Fest were less interesting to me. But of the four, I thought the Dream Pop was the most amazing, particularly if you like American hops. They also serve coffee."

Remnant Brewing is open from 9 a.m.–10 p.m. on Sunday-Wednesday, and 9 a.m.–11 p.m. Thursday-Saturday.
