1. Hilal Grill

Topping the list is Hilal Grill. Located at 1638 N. 40th St., the Indian, Pakistani and Afghan spot is the highest rated Afghan restaurant in Phoenix, boasting 4.5 stars out of 163 reviews on Yelp.

2. Khyber Halal

Next up is Khyber Halal, situated at 4030 N. 24th St. With four stars out of 280 reviews on Yelp, the Afghan, Pakistani and Indian spot has proven to be a local favorite.
