Currently, the cheapest flights between Minneapolis and Mexico City are if you leave on December 4 and return from Mexico on December 8. jetBlue currently has roundtrip, nonstop tickets for $344.
There are also deals to be had in February. If you fly out of Minneapolis on February 26 and return from Mexico City on March 5, Spirit Airlines can get you there and back for $347 roundtrip.
