Craving pizza? You're in luck: a new business has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Alba's Pizzeria, the fresh arrival is located at 2552 Stonebrook Parkway, Suite 750.
The restaurant has a diverse menu that features many Italian dishes. Order from Alba’s selection of pizza, pasta, calzones, casseroles, seafood and more. Try the Arbersche pizza, which has chicken, artichoke hearts, garlic, parsley and mozzarella. Looking for pasta? Go for a plate of the Frutti de Mare that is made of mussels, shrimp, calamari, baby clams and fresh herbs in a white wine light tomato sauce over linguini pasta. With a four-star rating out of 21 reviews on Yelp so far, Alba's Pizzeria is getting solid feedback from clientele.
Joel G., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Nov. 20, wrote, “My wife and daughter ordered pizza, which they absolutely loved. I ordered spaghetti and their meat sauce, which was superb. ... Alba's sauce is so rich with that cooked-all-day flavor!"
Yelper Raymond N. noted, "We found the service [to be] excellent. Our pepperoni pizza was as good as we've had in New York. Overall, this was a gem of a find and we will definitely be back soon with our family."
