Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine is a wine bar and pizza spot.

The restaurant takes a page out of Brazilian steakhouses, but instead of serving endless plates of meat, Delucca Gaucho does it with gourmet brick-oven pizza. After customers are given a charcuterie and antipasto platter and a cup of lobster bisque, pizza servers walk around with pizzas ready to serve whoever requests a slice. Yelper Dawn H., who reviewed Celestial Beerworks on Dec. 4, wrote, "All of their beers I tried were amazing, but their New England style IPA game is fierce. They are certainly focusing on the haze and juice bomb craze and doing it very well. Customer service is also stellar."

Peter B. noted, "If you like craft beers, it's a must-visit in Dallas. I tried four different brews, and they were all very good, especially the IPA the bartender recommended. The place has a very relaxed atmosphere and a good crowd. I could easily spend a few hours sampling their beers and playing the games they keep on hand."

Celestial Beerworks is open from 4–10 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, 4 p.m.–midnight on Friday, noon–midnight on Saturday, and noon–6 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Monday and Tuesday.)
