Yelper Raymond N., who reviewed it on Nov. 11, wrote, "From the friendly greeting at the door to the attentive waitstaff, we found the service to be excellent. Our pepperoni pizza was as good as we've had in NYC. Overall, this was a gem of a find and we will definitely be back soon with our family."
TJ L. noted, "This is now my go-to pizza place in Dallas. If you're looking for authentic NY-style pizza, you will not be disappointed. This is not the standard Texas pizza with rock hard crust—this crust was soft and chewy. The sauce was very tasty as well."
The new restaurant is open from 10 a.m.–10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on weekends.

Eight different types of patties, including a few different types of beef, chicken, lamb, turkey, etc. There's also a few standard topping combinations or you can do it custom with 20+ toppings from which to choose. And you can mix and match any of the above on different burgers."
Yelper Fatima M. noted, "I love a good burger and BurgerIM is a great addition to the Frisco/McKinney restaurant scene! I met a friend here for lunch and it was not busy — walked up and placed an order and w were served quickly."
