Lou's Bar & Grill is an American eatery, offering pizza, beer and much more.

Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner fare daily, this new restaurant also has a variety of libations on offer. Notable food options include pan roasted steak and eggs served with potatoes and peppers for breakfast; the short rib pizza complete with mushrooms, onion, oregano and alfredo sauce for lunch; and blackened shrimp skewers with roasted potatoes for dinner.

Thirsty? The happy hour menu runs from 3-6 p.m. and includes craft beers, signature cocktails and wine. Visit the website here to see all of the menus.

It's off to a solid start with locals, holding a 3.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far.

Adrixx C., who was among the first to review it on Nov. 27, wrote, "I like this place, beautiful views! Good food, great service and a fireplace to have your drink while looking at Papago Park. Very relaxing! A must see."

Catherine E. said, "Good burger and fries. Beautiful restaurant."

The eatery is open from 7 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 7 a.m.–5 p.m. on Sunday.

Sprouts Farmers Market is a grocery store that recently opened its doors. This grocery chain is based right here in Phoenix, but also has locations in other western states.

Organic produce, a large natural health and wellness section and a similarly extensive bulk foods section distinguish Sprouts from many local chain grocery stores. Check out the website here for more information and a complete list of offerings and specials.

And with five stars out of 14 reviews on Yelp, it's been a hit thus far.

Taric W., who reviewed it on Oct. 4, wrote, "It's like the other Sprouts locations, but on steroids. The products are largely the same, but with the best variety I've seen yet. The cheese section? Freaking amazing. Want to pick up some fresh meats? Try not to feel daunted by your choices. I'm going to drop by like a million times to stuff my face with all the ripe fruits and veggies I can, all at surprisingly low prices."

Juan K. added, "Love these stores and incredibly happy to have one in the neighborhood. Just the idea of nuts, fruits and veggies as the crux of our food is an amazing concept. The employees are always upbeat and helpful."

The new Sprouts is open from 7 a.m.–10 p.m. daily.
