A new breakfast and brunch spot has made its debut in the neighborhood. The new arrival to Iriving, called Jam + Toast, is located at 3351 Regent Blvd., Suite 140.
Jam + Toast offers a menu of omelets, skillets, toast and jam, waffles, crepes and more on its breakfast menu while the lunch menu consists of sandwiches, burgers, wraps and salads.
Try The Alamo with chorizo sausage, jalapeños, red onions, cilantro, avocado and aged cheddar. The biscuits and sausage gravy is another option, with homemade sausage gravy poured over biscuits and served with hash browns. For lunch, grab a buffalo chicken sandwich with fried chicken that’s tossed in buffalo sauce and has lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, ranch dressing on a brioche bun.
With a five-star rating out of 17 reviews on Yelp so far, Jam + Toast seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
Josh W., who was the first to review it on Dec. 4, wrote, "This place is awesome. The Rice Krispie french toast was the best thing I have eaten in a long time. Service was great. Go here now before everyone finds out about it and it is impossible to get in. It was great."
Yelper Lindsay L. noted, "I'm glad a new breakfast option opened up! The menu has a lot of options and the atmosphere is bright and pleasant. I got the Tex Mex skillet and my husband got the Country Breakfast. My skillet had good flavor and was very filling. It was nice and spicy with all the jalapeños."
