Topping the list is Sichuanese Cuisine. Located at 2001 Coit Road, the Chinese spot is the highest rated Sichuan restaurant in Plano, boasting four stars out of 293 reviews on Yelp.
The menu offers dishes like the Sichuan Beef with sliced beef and onion dry-fried with red chili; sliced pork in garlic sauce with soy sauce, black fungus, green onion and a sweet spicy sauce; and the Happy Family with prawns, beef, and chicken braised with mixed vegetables.

Next up is Sichuan Folk, situated at 1201 E. Parker Road, Suite 100. With four stars out of 118 reviews on Yelp, the Sichuan spot, which offers hot pot and more, has proven to be a local favorite.
The menu has signature dishes, like the marble beef with needle mushrooms; the spicy fish with boiled oil sauce; the pork knuckles with garlic; and the deep fried chicken with roasted chili.
Michelle S., who reviewed it on Oct. 27, said, "Very authentic Sichuan cuisine, which is very hot and spicy. They have many different dishes, either spicy or not. Good service and nice environment. It is definitely a good choice if you wanna try some authentic Chinese food."
3. Tasty House

Tasty House, located at 2901 Central Expressway, Suite 109, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the Asian fusion and Sichuan spot, which offers noodles and more, 4.5 stars out of 36 reviews.

Good cuts of meat, broth has good flavor (not to mention you can choose your level of spicy and numbing), a sauce bar for you to make your own dipping sauce and the overall servings are decently sized for the price. And if atmosphere and service are a requirement for some of you, both are not lacking!"
