1. One Eleven Chop House
Topping the list is One Eleven Chop House. Located at 111 Shrewsbury St., it's the highest rated steakhouse in Worcester, boasting four stars out of 322 reviews on Yelp. You'll get the wood paneling, the booth seating and waitstaff in the white dress that you'd expect. You’ll also find an open kitchen, a large wrap-around bar, and a selection of steak, seafood and potatoes.
2. Kai Sushi Bar & Grill
Next up is Kai Sushi Bar & Grill, situated in the Webster Square Plaza at 68 Stafford St. In addition to noodle dishes, gyoza and sushi, you'll encounter lots of steakhouse favorites, like filet mignon, New York strip and lobster tails. The two concepts collide in dishes such as the "Samurai Special" (New York strip and shrimp cooked with herbs) and beef tenderloin cooked in garlic butter and soy sauce. With 4.5 stars out of 99 reviews on Yelp, it has proven to be a local favorite.
3. Peppercorn's Grille & Tavern
Peppercorn's Grille & Tavern, located at 455 Park Ave., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving it four stars out of 208 reviews. It's an Italian restaurant, with pizza and pasta dishes taking up significant real estate on the menu. Steakhouse favorites are not neglected, however. Consider steak tips with haddock, shrimp and scallops; or steak medallions with an espresso rub and Marsala-balsamic reduction, served with bacon Brussels spouts and butternut hash.
4. Pampas Churrascaria
Pampas Churrascaria is another go-to, with four stars out of 107 Yelp reviews. It's a Brazilian-style steakhouse, meaning there's all-you-can-eat servings of ribs, pork loin, lamb and more, plus a huge salad bar. Finally, check out West Side Steak & BBQ, which has earned four stars out of 90 reviews on Yelp. Also a BYOB spot, West Side's barbecued options include pulled pork, ribs, smoked sausage and brisket.
