The first Girls EmPoweredUp Conference and Scholarship Campaign will be held on Saturday at Biltmore on the Lake. The high-energy event for girls features music, speakers with relevant messages, musical guests, interactive workshops, dance and much more.

"The Best Christmas Pageant Ever: The Musical"

"The Best Christmas Pageant Ever: The Musical" is an adaption of the funny and touching holiday classic that is playing Friday at the Spotlight Youth Theatre. The show is about how the worst kids in the world demand to be entered into the town Christmas pageant. While the town panics, the pageant director and town Reverend help the community see the story Christmas story, and the worst kids in the world, through new eyes. The production is performed by child actors.
