Hungry? A new neighborhood spot has you covered. The new arrival to Davis Square, called Elm Street Taproom, is located at 256 Elm St.
After debuting in December 2018, this spot offers traditional American favorites, like chicken nuggets, rib stew and waffle fries as starters. For a heartier meal, order a burger, steak or turkey sandwich. For veggie lovers, plant-based options are also available. And any plate can be paired with a beer, wine or cocktail selection.
Elm Street Taproom has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
Ben W., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Jan. 13, wrote, " The sandwiches were on the pricey side, but nothing out of the ordinary for the area, and they were great. I got the veggie sandwich with carrot hummus, which came with waffle fries. There aren't a ton of menu options, but it seems like what they have is solid."
Yelper Erica K. added, “Finally some amazing food in Davis Square! Everything was delicious and came out very quickly. The restaurant is also gorgeous on the inside and very clean even though it was wicked crowded."
Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Elm Street Taproom is open from 11:30 a.m.–1 a.m. daily. The Kitchen is open until 11 p.m. nightly.
