Michelle D., who was the first to review it on Dec. 14, wrote, "So first time here and it was just okay. Maybe my expectations were too high, but it was just kind of bland. My husband and I just shared a full size regular cheesesteak. He liked it."

Charlie D. said, "The customer service is awesome and they're super fast! I had the Texas southwestern-style cheesesteak! The bread was warm and the cheese gooey! The meat had a nice kick of spice!"

Salata is a new spot to score salads and wraps.

With multiple locations across seven states, Salata offers customizable salads and wraps, according to its website. Choose from more than 50 toppings and protein options, then top if off with a dressing. The spot also offers a small selection of soups, desserts and beverages. 

It's been well received thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of seven Yelp reviews.

Yelper Page L., who reviewed it on Dec. 12, said, "Mansfield needed a great salad place! Love the tropical green tea from the tea tap and the ginger lime vinaigrette and herb vinaigrette are my two favorite dressings! All the toppings are super fresh and delicious."

Claudia M. added, "Love it. The place is clean, the staff friendly and the salads are fresh. ... I look forward to making this one of my regular places to dine weekly.  So much to choose from—excellent salad selections."

Salata is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.–5 p.m. on Sunday.

Zoes Kitchen is a new Mediterranean and Greek spot, offering sandwiches and more.

The chain operates 268 locations in more than 20 states, according to Biz Journals. The menu offers starters, soup, greens, sandwiches, kebabs, bowls and more. Look for options like the Power Grain bowl, a medley of lentils, quinoa, faro, rice and Moroccan harissa sauce, all  topped with relish, cucumbers and dill, among other menu items.

It's off to an uneven start thus far with three stars out of 20 Yelp reviews, but it's still early days.

Raymon H., who was the first to review it on Sept. 20, said, "Fresh options. Good menu choices. Friendly and fast service. Six organic and interesting flavored teas. Steak roll ups were awesome."

Yelper Heather R., however, wrote, "We waited almost an hour for food. Then, once we got it, everything was cold. Steak wasn't cooked through (I mean, unless you like rare)."
