Indian Bistro 14

Indian Bistro 14 is a new Indian, vegetarian and buffet spot.
The restaurant offers a buffet, as well as regular menu items. Try the vegetarian Chana Daal, with chickpea lentils in a special curry sauce, or opt for the tandoori chicken kebab, with a yogurt, garlic and ginger sauce. (View the full menu here.)
The new Indian eatery is off to a good start with a five-star rating out of four Yelp reviews.
Yelper Maja M., who reviewed it on Jan. 10, said, "Enjoyed lunch here today. It was very fresh and had great options for the lunch buffet. Every dish I tried tasted amazing. The atmosphere is clean and modern with friendly service. Their chai tea is the best!"
And Carli F. said, "The food is amazing. The staff are so attentive. The atmosphere is very modern and clean. It's worth every cent."
It's open from 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 5:30–9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 5:30–10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11:30 a.m.–9 p.m. on Sunday.
Cartel Taco Bar
506 E. Division St., Suite 150

Cartel Taco Bar is a cocktail bar offering tacos and more.
Try the six layer dip with refried beans, nacho meat, cheddar, black olives, jalapeños and sour cream, or the pulled pork tacos with bacon, beans, cilantro, taco sauce and cotija cheese. (Check out the menu here.)
It's getting mixed feedback thus far, with three stars out of 11 Yelp reviews.
Aubree M., who reviewed it on Jan. 17, wrote, "Cartel Taco is a great addition to the downtown Arlington area! Food came out very quick and staff members were great. I love the variety of menu items, along with the fact that they offer traditional street tacos as well. Patio/bar area is great, as well as dog friendly."
Celeste S., however, said, "The food came out cold and nasty. The salsa was sweet like there was sugar in it. I went with a group of five and no one enjoyed their overpriced tacos."
The new spot is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on weekdays and from 11 a.m.–midnight on weekends.
Feng Cha Teahouse

Feng Cha Teahouse is a spot to score bubble tea and desserts.
The new restaurant offers an orange jasmine green tea, an Oreo cheese milk bubble tea, a matcha red bean milk tea and more. (Take a look at the full menu here.)
Yelp reviewers are giving it positive feedback thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 35 reviews.
Cindy T., who reviewed it on Jan. 13, wrote, "This place is amazing. Great customer service and great drinks. I've been here twice so far and I've had amazing service each time. I've had samples of their products offered, I've gotten great recommendations and I've been offered adjustments to my tea just because the staff thought that that it could have been better."
Camila Nhu V. added, "Basically, if you go here, try their milk foams. That's what Feng Cha is known for. Not only are there typical sea salt milk foams, there's also matcha flavored milk foam!"
Drop in for a drink: Feng Cha is open from noon–10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, noon–11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from noon–9 p.m. on Sunday.
Andy's Frozen Custard

Andy's Frozen Custard is a spot to score frozen custard desserts.
It offers concretes, sundaes, shakes, malts and more. Try the Tin Roof Sundae with frozen custard, chocolate syrup and Spanish peanuts, or opt for the Rico Suave Jackhammer with frozen custard, roasted pecans, Oreos and hot fudge. (View all menu options here.)
With a five-star rating out of nine reviews, Yelpers are enthusiastic about Andy's Frozen Custard so far.
Jennifer L., who reviewed it on Dec. 6, said, "Some of the smoothest and creamiest custard I've ever had. I got a simple scoop of chocolate and vanilla in a cone, and both flavors were fantastic. Quick, friendly service."
Yelper Brianna W. noted, "Andy's is delicious! I've gotten a couple different concretes and they have all been fantastic, especially the pie flavors. I've always gotten a decent amount of toppings on mine and the prices are comparable to the other ice cream joints in the area."
