
A new Vietnamese spot has made its debut in the neighborhood. Called Pho Huy, the new addition is located at 1420 E. Madison St. (between Pike Street and Fifth Avenue) in Capitol Hill.
Starters include spring rolls, Asian wings, calamari and fries. Take a look at main course options such as phở, beef stew, salmon over rice, hots pots and bánh mì sandwiches on the full menu here.
Pho Huy has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
Alexander W., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on January 8, wrote, "This place just opened but the food is quality. I ordered the large rare beef pho. The beef was tender, the broth was rich and the noodles were just right. It tastes like a hug in your mouth."
Yelper Trâm A. added, “Best beef stew I've had since I came to Seattle. You can choose to eat it with noodles, rice or bread."
